Note: The provided adapter is included for your convenience to avoid drilling. However, installation without the adapter is also an option if you prefer.

Installation Disclaimer for Aeron Remastered Chairs

Before installing your new kit, please examine the backrest of your chair to determine the correct installation method:

  • Pre-Drilled Backrests: If your chair features a pre-drilled hole at the base of the backrest, you will not need to use the adapter. The lumbar support unit will attach directly for a precise and perfect fit.
  • Non-Drilled Backrests: If your chair lacks a pre-drilled hole, you must use the adapter included with your kit to mount the lumbar support unit. Please note that the adapter may sit slightly short of flush with the lumbar support unit itself. If you prefer a cleaner and more seamless aesthetic, you have the option to manually trim the adapter slightly so it sits level. This is a simple modification and entirely optional.
